大部分人的正常反应罢了
生活规律、工作地方、周边环境等等，可能不经意的一点小变化，都有可能带来内心的躁动
其实是在告诉你还没有适应
人其实很耐造的，上限出乎你的想象，只不过要慢慢加码，不能一下子压垮。比如你可能很抗拒早上五点起床赶车去上班，但是周边人都是这样，你也慢慢告诉自己这样，一段时间下来，自己甚至觉得五点也很正常
